Rudest cash counter executives. This is the third time I visited this branch with the hope the cashier must have been replaced. My mother wanted to get a repair along with the new jewellery the cashier made a fool of us. Worst service. Would recommend going to the other outlets instead.

Me and mom went to Bhandup's Neptune branch to buy earrings, I showed the earring design from my phone they said we don't have this pattern then I was saying something but the staff ignored us. We visited the shop in Kanjurmarg (E). The staff is good and will come to provide the service as you enter. Variety of options in everything of gold and silver ornament. I came here to buy a short necklace, there very lot of options but I wanted a specific type of design which they took the order for. Also, we took one pendant.

Rating 1 star because the option of giving no star is not available. Have been here before but this time! Very Bad experience on Dhanteras Dont know if the the staff is lazy or simply they have been instructed to behave uninterested! They did not even acknowledge customer's request after asking multiple times! The staff didnt seemed to be occupied still no one turns up to ask what do we need! Unexpected and Unacceptable behaviour!
We have made several gold purchases from here in the past. The experience has been positive. The Bhandup branch has limited designs. If you want wide variety to choose from, you might want to check some other branch. Overall the quality of gold and customer service is fine. I would not suggest diamond jewellery from here.
