Staff is least bothered, there is no proper customer handling even after purchasing they just dont care

Worst customer service at this WHP branch at Dadar!!! We had visited here to checkout jewelries for our engagement. Upon our arrival, a male representative had attended us for unstudded rings. And then, we were asked to move to a different counter for studded rings where a female representative attended us. No interest was shown by this lady to our wants. We had certain preferences in our mind and had put forwarded those to her, to guide us the best suitable designs. But unfortunately, the lady showed us only a couple of ring designs, and that too without taking them out from the glass shelves. Due to the disinterest shown by the lady, we had to step out of that store as we literally felt that no attention was paid to our wants. Customer service is of utmost importance, if that's not taken care of, the buying experience gets spoilt and one might not visit the store again. I urge the management of WHP to look into this and bring improvement in customer buying experience.

The showroom is good but the staff lacks basic courtesy and customer service. Reached the store at 12.30 in scorching heat....no one bothered to even offer me a glass of water ...they probably first take a guess of the amount you are gonna spend and then decide to be courteous. All the ladies jus kept standing or were busy with their own work. PN Gadgil at Prabhadevi is much better

Lazy staff. First time I went to purchase a ring here. They were not ready to make it citing reason that my finger size was too small. When I asked them to confirm with the person who's going to make it they didn't do so. Second time we went to collect some other ornament . We had to exchange our existing ornament and pay the remaining amount. But they said it was late and they wouldnt be able to do so. So that day we returned empty handed. again we had to go there to collect it. This time to exchange it they said they will have to call the concerned person.. but we had to remind them time and again to call the concerned person thereby wasting our time. My experience with waman hari pethe in dadar has been terribly frustrating.

Pathatic experience since these people may be good in jwellery collections but are worst in customer relationship. They have mentioned their closing time as 8:30 PM but they close their store by 8:00 for people and when you call on their shop's landline no. By standing just outside their closed shop. They try to fool their customers by saying that the shop is still open. So according to me they may be a good jewellery brand but don't expect a good customer relationship with this brand.

Bought my engagement ring(diamonds and gold in rhodium polish) in January 2017 from WHP Dadar West. Handled it with utmost care but still one of the diamonds fell off in June i.e. within 6 months of purchase. Took it back to the store and they assured me that they'll fix it. When I went back after 2 weeks to take my ring back I found that the diamonds are fixed but the ring is completely discoloured and looks like a 50year old ring. It has lost its polish and shine completely. I feel disappointed looking at the ring, I feel it's the worst mistake I've made buying the most important ring of my life from WHP. I can't exchange it because it's my engagement ring and has a lot of emotional value but looking at it now just sends me into dejection. To make me feel worse, the sales person said that I've waived off the repair charges!! As if he's doing me a big factor by fixing the ring. I'll strongly recommend against buying anything from WHP given the substandard product quality and even worse and unreliable customer service. YOU HAVE LOST A LONG TERM CUSTOMER FOREVER WHP!
