Very Pathetic service and unsupportive staff. Billing is too slow and no professionalism. Today we visited for small gold coins and even for that we waited for 1 hr just to get billing done. Token service is not even useful as they just rotate random numbers. Some of the customers who visited later got their job done earlier. Once we asked justification they started arguing that the service is not as per token . Very unprofessional staff and service definitely not visiting again. Just brand name shown on TV doesn't make its good in real life .

Very very poor experience. Ordered silver tulasi leaves on 1st August as at that time they have unique design. They commit that the order will be fulfilled by 4th August. Till yesterday I didn't get any call from these people. When visited they asked to come today and when I went to the store today they gave us some regular common silver tulasi leaves. I wasted my one hour for no use. At the end they failed to complete the order. With such big name, this pathetic service is unacceptable. I guess just because of they have brand value, they feel that it is ok to not respect the customers. Due to their failure, our organisation's name is at stake. I will not suggest to buy anything atleast from this store. They may have better service at other places but this badlapur store is pathetic and having very poor service.

Oranament packing & presentation is third class, Hospitality not at all acceptable. I switched to 'Mutha Jwellers' where I found prompt service, hospitality & more designs. I was customer of them since 2006 but now I switched to other jweller as did not find any improvement.

As per my experience the service was way too poor, the employees were judgemental over the customer's outfit. And wasn't ready to show the jewellers design. I'll recommend not to visit this place

Not at all good place. Visit twice but they always judge people base on appearance. They don't show jewellery we want to see. They don't show design and when we ask price they look at us like we are begger. So arrogant. Other jweller show so much respect when we visit. Not going to visit ever again.

Marvelous service given by swapnil(cashier) and and meghna executive . actually I was not bring debit or credit card and I was in rush to go some whare . they arrange me QR code for me but unfortunately qr code not working then they specially arrange one of bank account for IMPS so I can transfer my money to thus account once again thank you whpj badlapur team I will inform to all my friends and family . appropriate

First of all this is one of the branded shop in maharashtra...I visited this shop to buy a gift for my Maa for 60th bday...and the customer service the people over their are really pathetic...I'm sorry to say but really it's one of the worst shopping experience ...I didn't bought anything from their ...I purchased a mangalsutra for my mom from the very next shop Mutha in badlapur...the public manner or welcoming a customer is pathetic...waman hari pethe should really give their people some training...
