I've been a repeat customer of WHP. It's a good place to buy traditional jewellery. Please continue to have traditional pieces like tandul poth, gahu poth, mohan maal etc. I've bought jewellery from their Dadar, Goregaon and Borivali outlets. I have just one problem with WHP they don't have good service. Any change/repairs work etc take about a month to be carried out.

Very lousy service at Silver Cash counter.. That too on Dusshera day... The manager lady justifies slow service instead of managing staff strength... Gold chip shopping took 5 min whereas petty silver articles billing made us wait for half an hour and ultimately cancelling order for delay.. Quite pathetic experience!

Not recommended for monthly investments. Suggestion : Please take all the payment and maturity clarity from them at the very first payment.

I would like to Suggest some one from WHP management to visit the store as customer to experience the reviews given by public on the sales persons interest in selling ornaments. Very rellecutant to show designs on offer. I switched to Tanishq instead of WHP.

They have good designs. But attitude of staff is not good. I bought gold worth lakhs from here but this time I went to see design. It was crowded so they told me to wait for some time with coupon. Once my number arrived i started seeing ornaments but once they got to know i am seeing only design they actually ignored me and went for next customer. I been visitor of other stores also. But never seen such behaviour. Totally disappointed.

I bought 1 gold coin they charged 1200 making charges and 3% gst on gold rate and making charges and when I sold coin they deducted 5% value on gold coin. They charged form customer making charges and gst but selling time they deducted making charges gst and 5% on gold rate.

Went to buy jewellery but there were no such variety to look for and their senior executive sales person was complaining that we didn't like any jewellery. It is what it is they don't have much variety, what can we do and wanted us to meet their manager as we were leaving without purchasing any jewellery. Extremely rude staff. We then got the jewellery from our local jewellery shop with hallmark on it.
