It's a good place to spend both morning and evening for a walk. There is a long stretch with well-maintained pavements, thanks to the dedicated walkers' club members. Many people are doing fantastic work in keeping this area pleasant for walkers. They have a separate open gym for both females and males, superbly maintained with security cameras across the park, ensuring safety. Outside the park, you'll find eateries offering a variety of healthy soups and herbal teas.

One of the best places to have morning and evening walk. Maintained neatly by walkers club for an yearly fee of just 500 and registration for 1500. This is a great place cox there are lots of trees planted and the air is so fresh. Morning lake view is also awesome. The open gym area for women and kids was maintained properly and have cctvs well. The play area is closed after 10 AM and will open again by 4PM. One full round will cover 2.25KM approx and pavement is good for a jog or peaceful walk.

One of the amazing park I've ever seen. This place is perfect for people who are searching for quality time by walking, because it is not an usual park which has limited park space and few playground slides. It has nearly 1.7-1.8 km of dedicated walking pavement and park with slides, swing, small merry-go-round for kids. Also it has area of equipment for adults (both men and women), where you can workout to reduce your weight and gain some muscle. It's one side is surrounded by water body and few birds along with it. And adding to this, the park is absolutely FREE. It's open from 6 am to 10 am and 4 pm to 8 pm. It also has skating area, parallel bars, pull-up bars, small area of ground to play shuttle etc. This park can be recommended for people of all ages, i.e. from kids to old age people. There are benches so that you can sit and watch kids playing, skating or just enjoy the scenery.

Very nice place near to my home from Gomathipuram, early morning sema walk with lake view and sun shines between the treas , nature lovers can enjoy this place , kids play area ,men and women exercise area , almost 2kms walking area , other than this they maintain neatly

Beautiful well-maintained park located on 80-feet road Madurai, where people of all ages can be found enjoying the very pleasant surroundings One side of this park fronts a lake, so there is often a cool breeze. There is an area where some exercise equipment is set up, so that one can do some stretching, bending and abdomen exercises There are lovely flowerbeds some of which were in bloom and were lovely to see In general, I had gone in May so the place was rather dry and thee wasn't much water in the lake, nevertheless I enjoyed morning and evening walks for the three mornings that I was in Madurai...

One good maintained and crowded park in Madurai. City view through the lake and pay areas for children and walkers path with tress around will make your time good.

Very nice place to walk/Jog/run. Good clean place with a walking track and outdoor gym. There is a nice place in the middle of the park for skating.

Free entry is appreciated there is kids play area kids will enjoy it But some grown idiots playing in kids swing that too for long time at weekend.and that same group took photos of kids with their parents permission,i suggest those parents not to accept its not good to allow unknown peraon to take picture. One small kid was alone walking who was just safe gaurd by another parent hitting from swing( oonjal ) then later that kid parent came and took her nit event saying thanks to that person who helped i want to say for them neengalam ethuku da kulanthai pekuringa I request club to take action on people who using kids play and damaging it.
