Very unprofessional HR does not have manner to talk to a candidate. Despite they don't have a budget they will call candidates for interview and they are shameful to share the interview feedback even if the candidate is awaiting to know the status of interview for more than 2 weeks. HR will ignore your calls and Sr. HR will say it's not my concern. They what kind of HR department are you. Not recommended
It's not a good place to work, and don't go there for an interview; you'll be wasting your time. They don't have a budget. They call candidates who are out of their budget for interviews, make them sit for hours, and then give any silly reasons for not selecting. So unprofessional.
It has been over 3 years since I became a part of Waaree. I would like to say that it has been a fantastic learning experience since then. The Management is very supportive especially during the rough times. A highly process and policy driven organisation and I would like to reiterate that it has been a great place to work for and would definitely recommend to others.
