Rooms are excellent. Towels, napkins provided. Clean and neat. Staff are cordial. Knowledgeable, clear about their job. Only drawback being delay in providing the service. They lack coordination. When you are given a discount or any other facility, they don't record. At the time of check out, they again call get confirmation and accept which causes loss of time to us.
An excellent hotel. Rooms were spacious, cozy and comfortable. Located at the center of the city. I had buffet breakfast here, which was extraordinary. Priced only at 150 per person, it was a delight. Staff at buffet table were extremely friendly and helpful. Always smiling. I strongly recommend this place for a pleasant stay and a superb buffet breakfast.
Hotel rooms are not up to the mark, the price is very high, breakfast very tasty and hygiene, wifi speed is slow , toilet needs to improve
