Vythiri Retreat Resort - Resort hotel in Vythiri - Wayanad, India

Very bad experience .poor services from staffs. There were no interaction ,no orientations.all are first to that resort so it's their responsibility to make detailing about their facilities.but they only stares and responses were minm next thing is way to reach there , it's terribly.regarding fud only two or three items provided .I don't know how it's called a resort.overall an below average experience

I recently stayed at a Vythiri Retreat resort that had amazing ambiance, service and food. Even though the travel was a bit long, it was worth it - the scenery along the drive was gorgeous. If you enjoy road trips, you'll love this resort. The swimming pool was artfully designed and clean. My two day stay was peaceful and relaxed. All in all, a wonderful, relaxing way to spend a vacation.

Resort is good ,But road to the resort is too narrow which is fit for autos.if you have a low ground clearance vehicle.its highly impossible to get to the resort. 2.They had gas geyser for hot water .after complaining 3 people came to fix the issue..finally they resolved after yelling at the receptionist. 4.breakfast option is too limited Poori ,idiappam,and bread butter and jam.and boiled eggs.when asked for omlette.they said not possible Don't go by the photos , it's not that luxurious. Fixed menu for dinner and breakfast.

I have a stay in there for one day with my family , I will never recommend to any one bcoz they have very poor customer service front office staff are ok but other staffs are so rude...they are charging a huge amount, that's not a problem but they are not providing the services for that amount rooms are just ok not that much expected and the way to resort is a small narrow road difficult to go there with cars having low ground clearance, there is no welcome drink etc, they are not saying their room tharif properly when I ask some tea the room boy says they can't provide tea at this time , tea time is morning 7.30 am , it's okey when they said if early but they don't say anything about that then how we now the times ...first they want an breif about their service and foods etc.... Also the morning breakfast is also minimum.. there is so difficult to get in touch with the town to resort so they are charging a big amount to the foods we ordered 3 chiken fried ric but it's not enough too small and minimum food there is no chiken in the chicken fried rice it have eggs only ....so we buy dinner from outside with the support of an local guy in wayanad ..... I will never go for there and don't recommend to any one..... if you have lot of money to donate them you can go ..but not for their service... Tooo bad behaviour of staffs .... The swimming pool is good Climate is good Other than all is waste of money and time Better hotels and resorts are there ....try that

Way to reach hotel is very narrow and steep. Kitchen is not in running condition it seems. Food provided in the breakfast buffet was bare minimum. A small swimming pool and small gym which is always locked. Too high price for the services provided.

Approach road is definitely an issue, very narrow road which seems risky for the first time, there is another road a little further which is little better, but a direction board towards that road can help. Its a rollercoaster drive experienced driver and a good condition car needed. Otherwise property is well maintained, rooms are class above, swimming pool nice and clean, kids play area, camp fire. amongst the nature, calm and serene, time well spent. The staff were very courteous. food is good but has to be pre ordered. For one day the chef wasn't available so had to manage.

This beautiful family resort nestled in the Western Ghats offers great value for money with excellent amenities for a peaceful family vacation. The infinity pool overlooks the lush green hills, and the restaurant is very convenient. The service is attentive, and the food is delicious. The resort also has a children's play area and a well-equipped gym. Loved it.

I stayed vythiri retreat on july 18 with full family,we and 6 grand children really enjoyed all facilities including neat and clear swimming pool,gym Food and service also very good
