I went to buy earrings and the models are just awesome and Ms Latha is very polite executive and very patience in her service. 5 star rating to the models and to the customer service. Actually Deserves more than 5 stars...

Sales executive is very patience but Floor Manager is very rude and she don't know how to behave with customers. She speaks in an arrogant way. I don't want to mention her name as it affects her job. Overall I had a bad experience and i don't suggest this shop to anyone.

Had a bad experience with bangle section representative. Asked us to wait for few minutes and even after 20 minutes no one is willing to cater. Earrings section has most repetitive designs. Silver puja items sales woman was the best, very patient and enthusiastic, closed the deal in 10 minutes.

They cheated in billing . NRI customers be careful. Dont use foreign credit cards. They will bill directly to foreign currency without telling you. ( in my case USD). The floor manager and billing manager then will start playing games. No proper customer service. They charge 5 % extra and get funds in USD ( with better rates of conversion at later date) Quality of jewelry is also questionable

There is a sentiment for vysyaraju visitors ,where every one belive that was.once you purchase gold here will definitely keep buying all the time .I always visit this place ..apart from the sentiments I love their pricings and models.Bought some silver items here.special offer no wastage and vat on silveritems

No offers for gold ornaments below 9 grams. This we will know only after visiting the showroom. They should be placing this clause of 9 grams in advertisement.

Collections are less but selling representatives are receiving very politely. Even though collections are less, they are ready to make the desired design within 20 days. Additional charges also less compared to other merchants.
