Exceptional experience at Vyayam Yoga Studio. First time in my life, I went to Yoga studio to attend free trial class. After trial class, I felt to do more and learn. Now I am regular in my yoga class and day by day improving myself. Feeling better and enjoy the richness of yoga to see myself at next level. Sony is very professional yoga teacher. I've been practicing with him offline and online. He encourage me to push my limit but still adjusting with my body condition. The practice also can be customed to my level and condition. I see my progress during my practice with him despite my own lazyness :) So basically he is amazing yoga teacher.

Pushing limits is what every teacher does. What differentiates sony from other teachers is the vast knowledge and experience of when and what to do it and more specially when and what not to do it. The creativity in his variations is amazing so that even an ordinary person can experience the effect of that posture to it's fullest. Plus with the proper breathing guidance everything seems doable (not surely easy though )
