Neeraj sir is great! If you have any hesitance about starting yoga he's great to start with in a private session. he walks you through the whole practice and brings peace to the practice. I highly recommend if you are starting out or have experience and want to go a little deeper into the practice. He has the experience to help with wherever you are at in your practice.

Firstly I can feel the real experience of yoga, the breathing exercises and streching . Everything from warm up till end is in great order, if your eyes are closed then also you will be able to understand every direction he tell. I had one of my best yoga experiences with Vyayam vibes . It was a private session with a small group of friends. I am a beginner and not familiar with all the names/poses but my instructor was very knowledgeable and helpful, he went at a slower pace and kept a nice flow. I definitely felt a deep stretch and felt very relaxed during and after our session. I would highly recommend vyayam vibes.
