Vyasa Maharshi Cave - Historical place in Basar - Nirmal, India

It was a wonderful experience. Cave means like cave only. We cannot walk straight. We have to sit, bend and move on our knees. We find small deities of sage Vyasa and matha Saraswathi. I was told that, Vyasa was tired and took a rest for some time in this cave. There is Gangs maths statue at a peak in front of Vyasa maharishi cave. At the bottom of the hill, at the left side of the entrance from the road, Vyasa Maharishi temple is built with a small diety of Vyasa Bhagavan.

More than 10 years ago, I visited this cave as a young child. It was dark and I had to crawl to get in even then. Once I noticed the cave opened up, I immediately stood up, expecting the cave's height to be taller. It wasn't. I hit my head and I started to bleed. The scar still remains on my head many years later. The good news is, after smashing my head against the cave, my grades improved. 5 stars easily.

Vyasa maharshi cave have maharshi vyasa and mata saraswati Sculpture. This is under many big stones. Mansun/ rainy season is best to go here . In this season there is much green plants and greeny area. Many people go to top of this hill to photoshoot But, that is quite dengerous. You can go there only if you have sufficient climbing experience. There is large garden for childrens and nature lovers. There are much diversified species of plants . For whole tour of this place you may require long time (2-3 hrs). The cave is small and for want to go in cave you've to pay 5rs. Per person. You'll get counter for your shoes and mobile phone , they'll safely store your things until you came back from tour. They'll charge 20rs for bag and 10rs for mobile phone.
