Took a cooking class to learn about Kerala specialties. It was a great workshop as we learned about the Indian spices and vegetables used in many dishes. We all got to participate with the different steps of cooking. I would definitely recommend this class if you want to learn more about Indian culture. It was a fantastic meal that we shared together at the end of the class.

Lovely doctors, great ayurvedic treatments and cooking class, excelent experience. The cookibg class was a wonderful experience into the authentic and healthy Kerala ayurvedic cuisine and spices. A local experience you should have, as long as the ayurvedic massage , a must try you will love.

Great experience of 6 days of Ayurveda course with theory and practice. D Priya and D Anish are great professors, they love their jobs and ayurveda and know how to share their knowledge. The yoga shala for theoritical class was a fresh enough to let our brain boil of much knowlede I also received a Abhyanga and podhi khizi massageof 2 hours. That was another way to learn the practice and to enjoy the benefits. I definitely recommand and will keep conract for my next trip to Varkala or even when Ill organize trips for my yoga students to India ! Thank you D Priya

I had 2 massages here a full body, facial and reflexology by Lindsey and a back massage by Lena and they were excellent. Both professional and skilled massage therapists. The best massages I've had in India.

Me and my mum did one week of 2 hours daily treatments in Vyas and we loved it. Everyday was different and adapted to our needs, the doctor Karthika was always here at the end of the treatment to listen to our feedback and adjust the treatment accordingly. Very good massages and professional staff. We will definetly come back!

For me Ayurveda is the best company on my yoga Path. Vyas team especially dr Anish and dr Priya are definitely the right place to start this path. Thank you for teaching me the basic principles of Ayurveda with a super full body Abhyanga massage, cooking class, good and organic food.
