Vyas Gaddi, in Mishrik, Naimisharanya, Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh, India, is a sacred place for Hindus. It is this place where Vedvyas ji, divided the Vedas into four main parts, and formed purchase. There is a huge, ancient banyan tree, more than 5000 years old, which is said to be a blessed place. Under this tree Vedvyasji taught his students all the scriptures He collated and wrote to his students. This temple is dedicated to Ved Vyas ji and Sri Suja Ji. From this place, son of Vyaasji, Shri Sukhdev ji left for Sukartal, near Meera, to give the first ever Bhagwat recitation to king Paris hit, who was caused to be bitten by the venomous snake takshak.
Panda and pujari here are loots. Place needs attention from government. Cleanliness is a major issue here. People bath and drink the same water in the name of religion. The dirty nature of this tourist spot may give rise to lots of health issues. Place is very good and must visit type.
