Hospital is good. some issues need attention: 1. toilets in common halls is not clean, toilet flush are not working properly. 2. fire exits are locked how a person will escape the building in the event of fire. 3. proper direction are not there in hospital, one can easily lost in hospital. i took huge time and struggle for exiting this hospital. needs improvements. also put direction signs in hindi language. 4. food price is quite high. overall service is very good but above points need to be improved.
Hospital services are very pathetic. Will not recommend anyone to visit here. Attendants will have to suffer for good condition toilets and bathroom. Specially who want to avail health cards, as their patients are alloted in general wards. One has to suffer also for food, because through the canteen they are squeezing out pockets of people with high priced food but lesser in quantity. You will spend 100 rupees, but remain empty stomach, because you will never know where the food has lost within the stomach. The hospital management never takes notice of your problem.
Pathetic Service, Nursing staff is very weak service. Nursing station person is rude talking.Need reminders for everything. Room house keeping service is good. Also need improvement on food quality. Very expensive hospital canteen with bed quality and less quantity of food.

It is served with a good team of experience doctors. It is a recognised name in patient care. In particular the behaviour and the work of the Orthopaedic doctor, Dr. Punendru Saksena is excellent. The hospital maintains good cleanliness. The canteen, mere der se, good and tasty food, for the attendants and the visitors.
Once trust your enemy but don't trust vy hospital. Doctors ke naam par Lootere baithey hai. Mekahara is better than this hospital.
The hospital is good with its services and people are helpful too. But what I found not good is the charges. My dad comes here for his dialysis on regular basis and we had to buy dialyzer, the hospital authorities don't allow us to bring the equipment from outside and to buy it from their own pharmacy they charged 1700 rupees. Now if u check the price of the same equipment online you get it between 700 to 1000 bucks. So I feel that the hospital is minting money from their phaacy department. This is almost the double price. They might be getting it from the dealer even less than the market price. Hence I did not like how the hospital is minting money instead they should help. There is no discounts even requested. If you have a reference then they would consider. Saying its a protocol of the hospital. I don't know what protocol makes them charge double the rate and not allow us to even get it from our own from outside pharmacy.
Very good and nice hospital and treatment is very good..must visit this hospital....
