We sell online on marketplaces and buy materials in bulk. We liked a few of their products and placed order for 100-100 different colors but they said they don't have that many pcs. I asked when can they get 100pcs of each color, they replied they don't know or can't confirm. They asked me to pay 5K in advance if I need 100-100 pcs :) I still bought whatever quantity and it took them 2 days from my sharing image to preparing a performa invoice for payment. I shared payment screenshot and they shipped the parcel next day. I asked the same items many times but they never had the quantity that I needed. So I always ended up buying whatever quantity they had in stock. Further, their service is pathetic. For example, if i share image of their product today on whatsapp to enquire how many pcs they have. It will take them a whole day to check the quantity. they ship product by many different couriers and it takes them at least 3 to 5 days to deliver the products. We are from Delhi and buy a lot of goods from Other manufacturers from Jaipur and they usually deliver the material in 2 days at max. Sometimes when the order is urgent, they have delivered it the next day. Although rate and quality of the products I bought from VVS was good, I have not been able to place bulk order with them as they never have the quantity + their response time is too long. We don't have time to video calls and don't want to see many products either. Most of the time we place order for only 1 item with good quantity which they hardly ever had. Reading reviews on google, many people had bad experience and it seems they are still getting good sales but it will start to stagnant or even decline in the long run. If they could improve their service quality, they may get even better response from buyers like us. Update; the owner has replied it was due to Diwali rush. But I have purchased 3-4 items from them many times. I buy from them when it is not available with other sellers. Vvs prices are competitive and quality is also ok but their services are pathetic. Even today, i,e on Dec 1st, they have delayed my order. I placed my order on Monday at 11 am. They shared challan for payment at ~6 pm. I paid the amount and shared screenshot on Tuesday at ~11 am. Today on Friday when I didn't receive the parcel, I asked them for the tracking details. They shared airway bill and hide the dates. When I checked it on website, no details are available for tracking number. When I asked vvs, they replied they have handed over the parcel on Friday only. In my experience, their services are pathetic. Had their services been good, I would have been buying at least 10 times of what I buy from them now. That too when items are not available elsewhere.

Staff behaviour is very bed. All are high in attitude (jayada customer hone ka ghamand h ki wo gate pr hi puchte h or ander entry bhi nhi dete).I am a shopkeeper. I go there for my shop purchase.

Experience was awful. I am a wholesaler but it seem zplus security to enter their shop, and the only thing they keep asking are you a wholesaler, show us your GST number, I had to show the same to enter their shop, they did not blv my word that I have a GST number. Then to my shock when I asked them to show me jewellery sply Earings they did not have any stock, when I asked them to show me the ones I had seen on YouTube their response was - Vo toh hota hi nai hai sab sell ho jata hai ek din mein.. their prices are abnormal and high. They wanted to sell high price stuff or trust me they are not wholesalers. As wholesalers maintain stock they had no stock and cheating customer, just paying vlogger to promote they shop but reality is different when u visit I would not recommend anyone to visit their shop waste of time and money.

Very Bad collection. We are wholesalers, not retailers. We specially went from delhi, to this shop, but very disappointed with the products and collection. It was totally waste of time to travel to this shop. They are doing paid publicity on Google and youtube, quality and collection ia not as per mark. Edit done against reply by shop owner, as wholesalers we did make purchase from your shop and our review is also based on purchase made from your shop.

Very very bad experience. I was in Jaipur recently. Knowing fully that they are wholesaler, I sent them a WhatsApp message, enquiring about which retail shops sell their jwellery. I got a response from the same number, wherein a person named Seema ji replied that if I purchase more than Rs. 5000/- worth jwellery, then they can entertain me. Receiving this message I went to their shop spending my time and money. But they rudely refused to sell jwellery to me as, being a retailer, I don't have GSTIN number. I showed them their WhatsApp message and they said that it was sent by mistake. The shop manager was very stubborn. He was eating something when we went to their shop. He kept us waiting till he finishes, to give his verdict. The other staff members were more sympathetic and was willing to co-operate with me. Being a business house they should atleast entertain retail customers who want to purchase high value worth jwellery. Please avoid this shop if you are not an wholesaler.

I am from hyderabad actually my daughter sells online artificial jewellery .and we bought very first time from v v sons Jewellers on video call .i must admit that it was amazing experience .such a polite person mr. Prakash vasvani and his whole staff was so co operative.And all the articles were so beautiful and prices were reasonable. Thank you so much for such a beautiful experience

Such a good product

Worst experience I had with VV sons, one lady sales executive was rude in behaviour, she was thinking that we are purchasing for home/ personal use, However we have showed them our GST and IEC code, but still they are not believing it. I request to the owner of the shop to train the sales executive to be how to behave with the customers. That lady sales executive was very rude, even she is is not listening to our problems
