Really good gym, with great trainers. Daya bhagat and Mayur sir are really experienced trainers, I could see changes in my body within a month. Would highly recommend this gym to everyone who stays in Nerul and nearby areas.

Amazing personality who not only motivates for heavy workout but also give suggestions/ advices and share personal experience regarding the training, diet. Highly recommended to everyone and especially to beginners. First gym in Nerul where I encountered A Mumbai Shree title winner i.e. Nitesh Kolekar sir. Vulkan gym is one of the best gym i ever seen. It has very good equipments with best and supportive trainers. Mayur sir is my personal trainer. He is a bodybuilder and powerlifter. He is very supportive to all the members.
