If you are looking for a place with comfort, magnificent view, excellent service and good food, then this is the place. Two big hard standings with Shimla view to hold dance parties in the evening. A bit expensive during the season.
Nice resort. Service is good. Take room with food option as there menu and buffet rates are high otherwise. Hot water available through solar system. Staff is good. Service and cleanliness is up to mark. View is good from room.

The review will be incomplete without the special mention of the courteous service and quality of food served. The quality is super. The owner/ director is Guinness record holder Chef, very courteous and manages to the minutest level.

It is a beautiful property with different types of room. All are spacious and well maintained. There are enough engagement activities for kids. Amazing food too, must try daal and kofta..
Spacious rooms and wash rooms. Room service was good. Quiet and calm ambiance. Room Heater, tv, geyser, fan, water heater with tea - coffee packets, all available. They clean the room if asked for. I really appreciate the chef of the resort. The food was really awesome.. morning breakfast was superb. We were served with tea, omelette, sandwich, poha, chole bhature, alu parantha, corn flakes with milk as a buffet. Also they are upgrading the resort with fun activities for kids. One can play billiards if they want. Over all ...great experience
Beautiful place to visit with Friends and Family. Great and huge place to enjoy. This place has a Zip line where you can have a little Kam Chalau thrill. Lunch was good, dinner was Average. However breakfast was nice. Staff is supportive and works more to help the consumer or clients rather to disturb. One of the best resorts in Chail. Good parking space Great party area. The only thing I don't like was charging 200 bucks for pool table. Naah... That was kind a cheapo behaviour. You are providing Water, Great services however charging for pool table. Na not a good idea Just a suggestion from me.
Food quality and ambiance overall are very good. But amenities are not provided as described. The view from luxury rooms is not good, no privacy. Deluxe rooms are better. And don't expect any up-gradation as mentioned for Vaccinated persons. They completely deny for any kind of up-gradation.
