im happy with the room it was just outside at this price point and they never compromise in terms of services also.so by my side its completely a green signal if you are considering this hotel

The only reason to stay here is their location. It's too close to mall. Behaviour of the stuffs are really good. Rooms are small but clean and cozy, the main problem is their bathroom. Its really small and the taps on the basin are hard to use. We tried food here, it was not good. If you just want to stay close to mall, you can go for it.

My experience with these hotel was Awsome.... Staff behavior very good..they are well mannerd.... Location was good....their service was good.......per night price was very reasonable.......i personally suggest go for it.....yes it's true their rooms was quite small but well decorated.......

I wanted a budget hotel and was completely satisfied. I give it a 5 because it doesn't advertise as a luxury hotel and it was much better than I thought

Don't go to this Hotel. No doubt this hotel is in prime location nearby Mall Road but as per the prices the rooms are not that good. We stay in duplex room no 101 and the room wall are damped and the room is very conjusted. At the time of booking online via phone the owner was very polite and charged extra amount for extra person. however when we reached the hotel the manager said that amount is not for extra bed or mattress that is for only person amount. We have to pay extra 500 for matters. We booked the hotel for 3 days but due to some issues we stay only 2days and the manager charged a huge amount for cancellation. I personally called many times to the owner but he didn't respond to my calls . He called back only one time and said he will talk with the manager but the manager said the owner only told him to cut that much of amount. So it's a play between the owner and manager. Later we come to know that the owner acted very well. Come to the room again, the bathroom is very untidy. They didn't clean the room in two days and give us excuses that we didn't give them key . We all knows that every hotel has duplicate key for room service and cleaning. They are not professional. Even water supply is very poor. At morning time they didn't supply water properly. We requested so many times . They all were sleeping till 8 am including the manager. At the time of check out at 7.30 am there was no one at reception counter everyone was sleeping we wait for half an hour . Manager didn't came out of his room. A service boy came out after so many calls from us and we checked out. So I highly recommend don't go to this hotel. It's a horrible experience for us. They charged 3800 per day from us. However according to the room condition it should be 1500. Charged so high.

I was booked a room past month, and the room was ok ok. Staff behaviour was ok. But, I faced problem for geyser, we stayed there for two days. but, I didn't get any facility of hot water. This hotels hospitality was very disappointing.

Best Service and well decorated all Rooms. Mall to walking distance 2 min. Food quality is awesome. Manager and staff behaviour very good.
