GOT MY JAGUAR XF CAR IN 2020 AND THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE A DAY AFTER DELIVERY: THE TYRE HAD A CRACK ON DELIVERY. Within a week, we informed of this to the showroom and the service centre, they get back saying its nothing and its just a small cut and is good to use. they promise to look into it if there is an issue and we trust the brand and hence get decieved. 15k kms later and after 3 punctures, the Tyre blasts due to the same defect and is now called as worn out because of our fault and the service advisor and the sales manager of the showroom has nothing to say except that normally this isnt covered by warranty. WITHIN A MONTH, THE CARS WINSHIELD CRACKS Im told that that could be due to someone hitting it with a stone and at this time the car has hardly taken a highway. WITHIN 3 MONTHS THE CAR HAS A SOFTWARE SYSTEM FAILURE The car gets lifted because of software system failure. its embarrassing but for them they felt proud cause they fixed this in a week. WITHIN 6 MONTHS, THE CARS BATTERY HONKED. And the service centre replaced them because it was in warranty. I really felt i have been give a car which was used for their test drives or a car which has been pre-used in some way. Their Answer. We cant judge the life of a battery! AS A CUSTOMER INVESTING AND TRUSTING IN THE BRAND CALLED JAGUAR, THEY GAVE ME A USED CAR EXPERIENCE ON BUYING A PREMIUM CAR. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY! ATLEAST I WOULDNT ANYMORE!
