I bought 3 years fresh car care (18k) for my Kia Seltos which includes 3 service and interior, exterior enrichment. All the three services were completed but interior, exterior enrichment has never done. When I asked for it they mentioned it was already done during the second service. Don't buy service package here!

We picked up a kia seltos with them, they had excellent customer care and the manager, service test drive everything was good. They went above and beyond to satisfy the needs of the customer.

I booked Kia sonnet and paid the complete payment. The dealer called us and asked us to come to the showroom for pickup. Once we reached they gave a surprise saying we can't deliver your car. You can put Pooja if you wish. From day 1 of booking i had to follow up everytime. End results missing accessories, Incorrect registration documentation, Improper insurance IDV value declaration. Overall they spoiled the happy occasion of gifting a car to my dad. Which is uncompromising.

The executives are so professional and respectful. They answered all the queries we had. But they don't have cars for test drive, that's one major negative for them. They should get atleast one car for demo.

The worst service by Kia vellore showroom vst . I have waited one month for test drive. People disappointed in all aspects. Poor response. Frustrated. Pls avoid this showroom.

Very Small showroom . Very less sales persons to attend. No proper parking. Customer restroom is not good. But customer friendly staff.
