Vs fitness studio is near by my house so I have to look at that gym . But I am impressed with the gym looks and feel. I my nephew weight was 128 and he had pt personal trainer and reduced to 126 in 4 days of training. My self and family members are so happy that he started to reduced the weight in just 4 days. And the gym cost for 1 month is 2000 and pt personal trainer cost 3000. And the machine in gym. So New and good to workout. And the trainer /owner is very friendly and very nice person to talk and training in the gym.i will recommended this gym to my friends . My journey with Vs fitness gym is fantastic, for past 30 days iam doing work out here.vs gym is perfect for all age group who wants to b fit.They provide good service,friendly staff and most important clean gym and equally safe for ladies.The trainer [Vaishnav] knowledgeable and catered the workout routines specifically for my need and goals,within few weeks i could notice a major improvement in strength,body posture,and weightloss. And keep me motivated and focused.
Vs fitness studio Trainer: vaishnav I have been in this gym for 2 weeks ,from that I would like to mention these things First of all the ambience of the gym is too good and all the people here are very friendly. About the master /trainer he is very friendly and he gives personal attention to each and every individual and he makes separate plans and diet charts accordingly and makes that every one follows it. If not possible he will help us in all ways to make us follow About his training he is very good ,he teaches new exercises and he shows varieties of workouts daily and takes good care Equipments are also modern and good to use So I'm satisfied with this gym ,so that I'm giving 5out of5 for this gym

I came across this gym in Google. It had very good reviews and it was very close to my home, so I thought I might as well give it a try. And I have come to love this gym in a very short amount of time. Gym is very well-maintained and budget-friendly and the trainers here are very friendly as well, they always push us well beyond our limits. Thanks to Vaishnav sir and Prathibha mam, I always love the time I spend in the gym and it puts me in a good mood through out the day. Excellent place to transform your physique and calm your mind. I highly recommend this place.
As a beginner, I was initially scared of going to the gym. But after coming to VS Fitness Studio under the guidance of my trainer Mr. Vaishnav Kumar, I have gained a lot of confidence. He has taught me how to utilise each equipment available to its full extent. The gym also has a very nice ambience and is fully furnished with Air conditioning. Overall, this gym is a very good place to get fit, and the trainer is also really supportive in making us reach our goals.
