Near and very easy to reach from railway station and bus stand. Clean and well maintained reception. Washrooms are available for gents and ladies. Filtered water dispenser and very friendly receptionists. Buses are very new and top class. Just amazing service from VRL.
Booked bus from dharwad to Mangalore. Bus didn't reach pickup point on time. In Hubli They stopped for logistics loading. Im confused is it a passenger bus or parcel vehicle. One of the worst. Can't sleep because of loading . And not reaching destination on Time.
Very much improved. The Bus Station has significantly improved their quality of operation and customer convenience. They added a small parking facility and a Bus Hub, beside which they placed a seating facility for the people. Seats are also available in the office, but at the Bus Hub, they kept chairs for people. Their website is also improved and now booking is hassle-free. I can say that this is the most trusted Bus Operator in Hubli.
VRL Bus Depot behind the waiting area. Plenty of space for Buses inside. So no more waiting and disturbing on the road. Parking for travellers is still a challenge. It's a mess. Not enough space in waiting area for people to sit. Toilets are not very clean and they are small in size
The waiting place is good and the bus station is huge for a private bus station. Suggestion to improve the washrooms as they are really small, add a eatery may be a small tea or coffee stall as this would help the passengers who have booked late night buses.
