we booked our shipment through VRL Logistics Hubli Branch on 03/05/2023 by LR. No.***4812883. but still today my shipment has not been dispatched from Hubli. It has more than 11 days of booking. VRL Makarpura, Vadodara Branch Never pickup phones... No customer support. all Phone numbers out of coverage, even toll free numbers also not working. Worst service I experienced from there. Also we can not track the shipment. Worst experience I ever had in logistics. if rating shall be ZERO (0), as the system is not allowed to put zero, I am rated it 1 as there is no way to give zero star rating.
