Terrible company, very bad support service, they will never work good, guys please do not go with this stupid Auto Shipping company & do not waste your valuable time. GOOD SERVICE BUT WAITING TIME
VRL Logistics, the premise looks very nice and easy traceable and have nice loading point with proper stacking facility. The office personnel's are also nice and willing to help to locate the package and organized for cargo load in vehicle for delivery collection. Very happy & try to use their service in near future.
Worst parcel service. They sent my package to the wrong location. Finally I took my parcel after a month. With double charge.

Worst customer service I had ever seen in my life so far. Government offices are much better than this service at VRL. Office full of bunch of arrogants. These idiots are doesn't know what is the meaning of "customer service ". If you look for decent , gentle & good service please don't select this logistics service. They must learn what is the meaning of customer & customer service.
Very worst logistics handling. We have to wait for more than 2 hours to find our package. And the loadmen are charging too much money using the opportunity. If possible avoid this logistics company. This is from my personal experience.
