This place offers a unique Kerala stay experience. The rooms were clean, cool, with a wooden ceiling. It has a nice courtyard where we could enjoy the nice weather and beautiful garden. Alleppey lighthouse and beach are at a walking distance from this place.
Excellent resort we enjoy stay. Nice and quiet atmosphere. Good rooms at affordable price. Really great place to hang out with friends and family. Highly recommended!!
We had taken 2 AC rooms.
Rooms are okay by looks. Host
provides u only 1 small blanket, when u asks him for more he says he don't have any more whereas we were the only 2 rooms in use at that time. All other rooms were vacant.
Some electrical switch connections don't work.
No hot water in the bathroom. When u ask him, he says he can u one bucket of hot water in morning only.
Whenever u ask host to provide you something extra or change something, he says he don't have extra (blanket, bucket, towels, bedsheet).
Whenever I ask him for something he tells me that i have to adjust.
In description, it is mentioned that this hotel has a restaurant (Avocado garden restaurant). The fact is it is closed.
There are only 2 restaurant nearby this hotel at a walkable distance 5-7minutes.
There is not much variety in that restaurant but the food is okay okay.
The problem is that all the shops here starts closing by 8pm. After that u won't get anything around here.
Overall my experience was very bad.
If u still want to come and live here. I say don't pay them more than 700rs for non AC rooms and 1000rs for AC rooms.
They don't deserve any more than that.
Excellent resort we enjoyed staying and the food was amazing and it has a great view spots that keeps us refreshing. We all enjoyed staying.

When we were on a group trip it was a wonderful experience out there which were provided by them to us.
The view from the rooms is to die for, and the host was kind and helpful without being intrusive at all. We had a wonderful stay here, and would definitely stay here in the future as well.
