Vrindavan Pure Veg - Restaurant in Lonavala - Pune, India

Honestly I didn't like the restaurent. I had heard a lot about this restaurent so I decided to go there but it didn't come up to my expectation. 1. The ambience is not at all amicable. Sofas are in miserable condition. 2. They don't have adequate ration to provide the choice of your food. Like maggi and corn were not available but mentioned in menu. 3. Paneer 65 was full of oil. And Kaju curry had no taste, it was just some raw cashews dipped in pre-prepared curry. Chapptis were hard and brittle just like papad. Aloo-gobi was just okay. 4. One thing that I liked were onions and lemon. 5. Poor service. "Not at all recommended" EDITED : They said Aloo Gobi is not the menu. What about the other dishes? What do you think I will eat other dishes from your restaurent and bring Aloo-Gobi from my home. Are you guys dumb ? Reply something sensible and make your restaurent better instead of arguing on reviews like you have done with others. If I had already read your reviews and your comments here, I might have not even came. There are many restaurent in and out Lonavala who are serving quality. If you cant match them atleast dont insult your guests.

Very poor food and service. Even we provide feed back at reception but, they didn't bought her to solve problem!!!

I wish I could give a negative rating but Google doesn't allow me to do so. Requesting you all never visit this restaurant. Also the food isn't quite great. No one will even serve you food here. And you will be humiliated. Date of incident- 9th July 2023 Mentioning the points why I said so- -Pathetic service -We ordered kofta curry, only 2 kofta served along with gravy for 350rs??? -No water served -Asking the waiter to take our order, was busy using his mobile -Addressed our issues, but the owners/staff were not ready to accept -Asked us to show photos/videos of the same. Not everyone takes photos anticipating such issues. -Ultimately, they questioned our values, seriously? Told us 'paisa nai dena isliye yeh drama kar rahe ho' -They were telling us common sense se kitna order dena chaiye when 16 people come to have food, you should order 'n' amount of sabzis, that too in the end. Matlab ab humari bhookh se nahi, unke bolne pe order Karo -Butter roti served without butter? Matlab kya hai bhai phir -They had no respect for customers' -Did not accept mistake -Raised voice at us and blamed us wrongly The worst part- THEY WERE LAUGHING AT US WHILE WE WERE ADDRESSING OUR ISSUES!!!!

Food is good, service is quite ok, owners are also very kind and co-operative. They helped us with a room for feeding while our baby was crying. but I also faced a not so good experience. My bill was wrongly calculated and it was approx 400 INR too much. Since we had 2 months baby crying loudly, I didnt check the bill while leaving trusting it would be correct but clearly it wasn't. So will recommend to check the bill thoroughly before paying.

They don't Have manners of talking to their customers we were 10 people spent almost around 1k-2k and the service they gave us was Speaking Harshly to my sister they don't even know to take Orders really bad experience bad food it says Pure Veg but Medu vada had a smell of fried fish fortunately we are Nonveg so didn't Had any trouble with that but still The was they were talking to us was Really rude as if they are doing a life saving favor The parking guy yelled at my brother when he mistakenly parked the car near anothers shop Only the guy on the cash counter was Little humble but the Stewards were just angry and Rude to us A Big Thumbs Down Really Felt hurt when they showed a very wrong and rude attitude towards my sisters

While the Outlet is very rustic type and more so serving only veg food. Ambience not good. Service was good. The owners were like tired out of the situation at their end. AC was tripping so we sat outside . Sanitation is worse .. pl avoid going to loo at this place. so practically if you ask me whether you will go next time or recommend - i would say NO NO

Overpriced Kajukari sabji rate was 340 and few kaju were in sabji. Cheap quality food. Guy's please don't waste your money and time.
