Vrinda Resort by dcrest - Resort hotel in Vrindavan - Mathura, India

Staff is very rude, they really don't have any manners how to treat there guests, bathrooms are dirty, no morning and evening tea included and tea that I purchase was really bad, feels l like I'm drinking warm water, room was dirty and smelly, cleaning staff was not punctual towards guests. We booked room in August and at the time we arrive no rooms were available all were vacant, we have to stand in the garden for 2 hrs. And the manager really don't care, drinking water facility is very poor The most I hate that the staff was very rude and room service is very poor I'm not recommending this hotel to anyone total fraud.

One of terrible experience I had in this hotel. I went there and not even dustbin and t.v. not there in the room . And they didn't provided us any kit of sampo soap and anything. And I stayed there for 2 day's and they didn't provide any towel to us. I don't how they are managing this hotel. Staff was also rude and egoistic and not cooperative and I must say don't go at this place if you ever visit vrindavan. No doubt the owners made this place amazing,like resort but management is very poor. and I told manager to clean my room and she said that just tell to boys to clean your room so this was very bad I have to say to housekeeper and there was only one boy who working for cleaning and how can I find him .. it was very terrible experience..... So don't even visit this place in vrindavan. Ya invester did very well but management is not good.

Totally Fraud.. I booked 2 rooms on 22nd September 2023 for 1st October 2023. I have done my full payment in advance. But at the time of check in, They denied for providing the room and started making different different excuses. Nor they provided the refund amount.. Don't book any hotel from Agoda and specially this scam container hotel..

Totally froud hotel sorry sorry sorry not hotel its iron container just like mallgadi dibba( rail transport container) .One of very bad experience. I have enter room in this hotel and smell in room. There have not any basic facility like TV, eletric kettle, towels not there in the room . they didn't provided us any kit of sampo soap and anything. I was stayed only for night because there are not any choice in night next day I have change hotel. hotel didn't provide any towel to us. I don't how they are managing this hotel. The service was not up to mark. It was raining and the roof was leaking. They didn't provide us all the necessities. We asked for towels and they didn't give it until we started fighting. They were saying that if we provide towels for everyone then they will be left with nothing and this happened when we booked the room for 3 people. We even told them the room was leaking but nothing happened thereafter. Overall service was really bad.

Poor experience while staying. The location of the hotel is nice. There are rats in the hotel room. There is a lot of scope for improvement in the room service too. In some rooms the guiser was not working. The telephone was also not working.

As shown in the picture at the time of booking. Nothing was seen as per specifications shown. Even bathroom of the resort is not closed properly . Even milk served was also not hot as expected .I not recommend this resort. As the name is resort but it seems only simple guest room with parking .

Pathetic place. The only location of this hotel is good. But they have designed a room in a container of iron. Very small size and no proper ventilation. Without electricity you can't use AC. Service is also very pathetic. No availability of food and some staff are also ill-mannered.
