Vrinda Anandam Resort - Resort hotel in Vrindavan, Sunrakh Bangar - Mathura, India

Pathetic place to stay. I stayed in the resort on 11th and 12th October 23. We had booked 3 rooms. They gave us nice spacious rooms in the same tower. The food was also very nice. Couple of weeks later on the 04th and 05th November weekend, we based on the previous experience booked 3 rooms again but this time the experience was pathetic to say the least. Let me put down the experience. 1. Rooms were like a 1 BHK Flat. 2. Intercom not working in any of the 3 booked rooms. 3. Electric kettle caught fire the moment my wife switched it on. 4. TV when tried to switch on was not working, I tried to check if wire was loose, I got an electric shock. 5. Food this time was so bad, chapatis were not cleaned after taking out from tandoor. Felt like eating sand particles. 6. When complained about it to reception, they sent someone. He was so arrogant. He said, Zyada problem hai toh room change kar lo. This resort which claims itself to be a 4 star resort, sells out the room at lower prices as compared to other 4 star properties just to attract customers and then make them fool. I will never recommend this resort to anyone. Please don't get in the trap just by looking at their lower prices. Your family's life is more important than the saved money. Go for a better property.

We stayed in a suite, it had 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen area and a dining area. The rooms were large, clean and the breakfast buffet had less options but was delicious. It is way better than the other options available at this location.

We stayed there for a couple days. I would say that the staff was well mannered and quite responsive. Rooms were clean and big. Food too was great and the pool was accessible. Overall a great stay.

Good hotel for an average stay. Indeed there are several points to improve in this hotel, such as the electricity which is cut for 10-15 minutes and because of this the air conditioning has difficulty cooling the room. The "5G" wifi which does not provide access to the internet, or even the 2G network. In addition, no network covers the resort. The restaurant is very average, I found black residue in my coffee. The positive points are that the place is beautiful, with a large park a swing with a swimming pool. The resort is a bit far from the city but not far enough (about 3km) so the place is peaceful and not too far from the main street. I give them a score of 7.79/10 French : Bon hotel pour passer un sejour moyen. En effet il y a plusieurs point a ameliorer dans cet hotel, comme l'electricite qui se coupe pendant 10-15 minutes et a cause de ca la climatisation a du mal a refroidir la chambre. La wifi << 5G >> qui ne donne pas acces a internet, ni meme le reseau 2G. De plus aucun reseau ne couvre le resort. Le restaurant est tres moyen, j'ai trouve des residus noir dans mon cafe. Les points positif sont que l'endroit est beau, avec un grand parc une balancoire avec une piscine. Le resort est un peu loin de la ville mais pas assez (environ 3km) donc l'endroit est paisible et pas trop loin de la rue principale. Je leur mets une note de 7,79/10

Extremely pathetic experience. This hotel was showing as 4 star, but trust me they don't even offer services like 2 star hotels. No point of such high rate Breakfast - waste of money No internet connectivity - they will offer you such a poor wifi connection. You won't be able to work on mobile even. Parking - very limited and congested space even though they have ample of space available.

The place has a lot to offer with a reasonable price and good food. But the real essence of rajasthan i.e. hospitality seems lost. People there are very rude and dont seem welcoming at all.

New block has decent and big rooms indeed, though always liked the old One. Similarly great improvement in restaurant service. The garden, in the centre, has always been soothing.

So called 4 star resort is just pathetic horrible.. stinking rooms low quality beds and bedsheets..ac not working properly..go for some other 4 star hotels but not this
