I started believing in Yoga and its benefits through learning from him. He has great knowledge about the health and how Yoga can help in living a healthy life style.
He backs up every asana with his reasoning and its ultimate benefits to our body.
I found his teaching very methodical and enables oneself to gradually reach their potential irrespective of thier age.
I am sure the team is great and has similar approach in guiding the students.
I have been to thier recreational trips and participated in activities which helps me refresh my mind. They even conduct instructor courses which in itself speaks of thier success and determination towards Yoga and I am glad to meet them. I strongly recommend them.
Learning yoga with Thejesh and Anitha is really a wonderful experience. Thejesh is very knowledgeable in both theory and practicals. Would highly recommend Vriddhi to experience an awesome journey of yoga with both of them.
They are particular with the Aasanas and help us understand why and how aasanas help us.. More than the skill you get to learn discipline which is the key.
I would recommend everyone to take their course atleast once in lifetime.
