No one is present to pick a call and when it's get connect person on the call says wrong number What a useless service At least listen first why u got the phone call before rudely disconnecting it If it is wrong number then why it was added in front of ur company name in the first place. And I forget my phone in auto while book a ola cab to travel from one location to another and then I just left my phone in auto and then I visited ola office in pretension but the but they can't help me because day use third party don't have permission to use which auto I booked and all this thing so I contact customer care through Twitter and they reply me on the mail after that I got a solution

Worst. Pathetic service. They will harass you for Money even if you paid them. No replies to phone calls neither to mails. They have called me 1000 time for money
