Cleanliness is the big issue. Rooms are not cleaned properly. Beds are not good. But for this price and location this was ok

Budget friendly. No lift. Hot water only on demand.. Nice reception staff.

This Lodge is at Thiruvarur, not at Thiruthuraipoondi,as mentioned in Google's address.Decent rooms, hygienic conditions in the premises, friendly staff, prompt service, people in Reception section help out in planning temple visits. Knowledgeable chaps.

They need better maintenance. We had to ask them to dust the furniture, c'mon you are into hospitality. Some things are basic. Though they were prompt in hot water supply & morning tea. Our door got locked & it wasted almost an hour. That was a very tense situation. Regular maintenance will prevent such mishappenings. There was no compensation for the same no sorry.

Hotel is decent nearby all facilities are all have near lodge

Very bad room service all the time workers ask for money even if they bring towel shower does not work and they don't clean room and don't change bedsheet after changing towel they left in the room itself

Good hotel at affordable price

I booked from Chennai with out seeing the room. Cards not accepted. Only cash. The place is close to railway station and old bus stand. Suitable for singles who stay most of the time outside and just come for a sleep. At reception, Tamil news papers are available with room no written on it. I guess they deliver at room. The moment you say check out at reception, all attenders on duty (whether they served you or not) will say good morning to you with some expectations. Good part I liked is that, the counter staff are flexible and friendly.
