Yesterday i have gone to this Hospital actually every time we visit this hospital bt always we meet duty Doctors, unfortunately yesterday we met Dr Malavika felt like family member to share everything she's so humble n friendly Thank you Malavika ma'am fa understanding patients nd treating them has ur friend

Good staff & friendly Doctors good management as well .. Must visit one of the best hospital in nelamangala .with excellence staff. And best owner.

Excellent hospital good treatment nurse's in excellent care

I request to all to not to go through any operation in this hospital. After getting operation when my mother was discharged they did not advice her for any routine check up and advised she is fine.. after 2 months she got infected where they performed operation and when we took her they easily advised its out of control better shift to sparsha hospital near goraguntepalya. There she was admitted for more than a week and got treatment.. because of these vp magnus hospital doctors negligence entire family as to suffer.. I request to not to go for any kind of operation here...

We have visited this hospital in the month of July since my daughter was having 102 - 103 fever for more than 3 days. Thanks a lot to Dr.Malavika who treated my daughter very well and her thoughtfulness and thoroughness contributed to speeding up my daughter healing process. Hospital cost is also very affordable.

When ever we call the customer/landline number to contact the hospital no one responded very poor, instead we need to travel and ask for the appointment of the doctor..then what the use of landline number in the hospital. Please ask your front office employees to receive the call from the updated contact number for appointment or any emergency calls.

Yesterday visited this hospital... The receptionist is so arrogant.. she don't even look at us when we call her repeatedly... The nurse team is too awkward.. they don't know how to behave in the hospital.. can't able to see their cheap things with other male staff.. once doctor left the hospital it becomes a ruthless place to look... Plz advice ur staff to well behave... And to stop their soooo personal matters in a public place.

Worst management. The receptionist asks patients to sit & wait outside the hospital. When enquired about the token, they just say they will call you when it's your turn. But they just mumble the patient's name inside which no one sitting outside can hear! And when you enquire after sometime, they ask you to come and consult doctor next day. Doctors are good but not the team that manages hospital on a regular basis.
