We stayed with family for 1 night on 03-May-23. We booked a standard room for 3 but were given a pleasant surprise when we were upgraded to a large spacious room with 2 queen beds.
The rooms were spotlessly clean , the ambiance terrific and the amenities like toiletries adequate.
The breakfast and food although not 5 star spread was adequate and tasty.
Most importantly the staff and service was great and immaculate. Would always return here for future stays.
No doubt the rooms are large ..The service on the other hand is not as large as the rooms .
The rooms have cockroaches, complimentary breakfast areas have cockroaches.
T.v doesn't work ... mainly the cable ..nd the technicians are least bothered to come . The only response one gets is " sorry sir, the whole floor has the issue" .. food ordered will take a minimum 40 minimum ..doesn't matter if you ordered a bottle of water or a chili chicken..
Only plus for this hotel is location. Rooms ok types (very average - nothing worth mentioning). Parking - horrible (air-conditioning water will fall on your car whole night long), entry too bad. Service average. No view from room.
Rooms are clean and location too is very near to the main road, one can get transport right at doorstep, no noise from outside is heard, food is good
Pleasant stay at Family room in May 2023. We were running late and requested for Dinner even before checkin. The request was considered and served without any concerns.
The only concern was regarding early breakfast. There was no one available at the restaurant at 6 am despite of informing the previous night.
I have booked a coupe of times while coming to siliguri and milestone hotel staff never disappoint me.
The reception staff puja is always willing to help.
The food is good and the rooms neat and clean.

I really liked this hotel. Very clean and I really loved the food especially breakfast buffet...they had huge varieties.
Rooms are big and well maintained. The buffet breakfast spread is really good. Staffs are helpful and polite.

Staying solo at this hotel was a serene experience. The staff was incredibly accommodating and attentive, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Their service was impeccable, making me feel welcome and well taken care of throughout my visit.
Attended a wedding reception. Service staff and security people were very polite and helpful. Location is very good if you want to be in the center of this town, not a very good location if you want a little bit of peace and quiet around you.
The hotel is very nice and the staff is very cooperative. Their room service is fast and they try to have as little hold up as possible. We had a very comfortable stay both times we went. Totally recommend.
