Vox Vanam - Resort hotel in Kodaikanal - Dindigul, India

This is one of the best peaceful place to stay in Kodaikanal. The rooms are so good and food also. The caretaker was so nice person. I really recommend this place if you want stay with group of friends and having fun.

One of the best estate bungalow I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the local birds and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. Our stay at the hotel was just for one day one night. Roger ,the manager is an extremely helpful & friendly guy. Excellent hospitality.

The location is just awesome , away from main town in middle of coffee estate, very big, spacious and clean rooms and very tasty freshly cooked food. Surrounding is so so very beautiful, quiet & clean. Just amazing. There was no shopping or no traffic and no noise. We climbed the coffee estate hills, walked around, listen so many birds and sweet singing...weather was also very cool & pleasant in pick summer! Wild animals visit this estate often but we missed them. Enjoyed clouds passing by.. It was just perfect vacation. We would wish to go again and again. Visited with family for 2 nights. Location is secluded and awesome! Right in the center of an active coffee estate. Food and hospitality was great. Roads up to the property are good. Plenty of space for car park. Thanks Dinesh and team for great service and making our visit memorable.

Pro - The property in itself is beautifully set with good landscaping and tastefully done interiors. The lady staff was kind and obliging. Cons - 1. Faulty power lines, No sufficient backup Nothing other than the building is pleasant. We stayed two nights and didn't have power for the entire two days barring the few hours when they decided to switch on the Generator. This also means, no water!!!!!!! 2. Rude and incompetent staff. The manager Mr.Dinesh is unprofessional and dodgy. When you tell him of the deficiencies in services, he starts acting petty a d cheap and starts accusing the guests. Little does he know that the review page is testimony to the constant recurring problems people face in this property. Lots of miscommunication and misinformation between the property staff and the Management in which the guests are caught and played around. 3. Average food, options are restricted to the cook's limited abilities so don't expect much. I found the food pricey.

Example of great satisfaction. Very nice hospitality, food, hygeine and all. Breakfast is also very nice and tasty. Great place for peace and holiday.

Right from the way the place has been done up so aesthetically to the quiet beauty of nature which you experience there. Most importantly the food was out of the world . The care and hospitality extended by the staff in addition to the close monitoring by the owners to ensure the guests have a memorable experience during the stay, was incredible
