VOLUME FITNESS CLUB Gagan Gupta is an excellent fitness trainer. His effort for making me fit is awesome. Staff members are very helpful.
The Gym is really good and they have all the equipments. Cleanliness is a major issue. Trainers are also good and help out in exercises, specially Gagan sir who knows how to mix strength and functional trainings really well.
I have been diligently working out at Volume Fitness Club since October 2021 under the guidance of the exceptional trainer, Shaan Sir. With an impressive 14 years of experience and certification, his expertise shines through in every session. It's been almost 1 year and 7 months, and I can undeniably see a remarkable transformation in myself.
Furthermore, the gym itself is incredibly spacious, boasting two floors dedicated to different training methods. One floor is specifically designed for cardio exercises, while the other is dedicated to weight training. The atmosphere is vibrant, and the crowd of fellow fitness enthusiasts is truly motivating.
In conclusion, I am delighted with my experience at Volume Fitness Club. The combination of Shaan Sir's expertise, the well-equipped facilities, and the supportive gym community has truly contributed to my positive journey towards a healthier and stronger self.
I am taking training from Gagan and he is extremely professional. He is well versed with all the exercises and also suggest ways on how to increase core strength.
There are certain issues with hygine which should be looked into.
They charge high fees but still act like a miser when it comes to service of AC. The staff neglects our request again and again. 20-30mins AC and that too after repeated requests of many individuals. Worst experience bcz of this. Otherwise the gym is quite good.

An excellent Gym equipped with quality machines and the best thing is the separation of cardio and weightlifting area over 2 floors , so that there is ample space for both . Staff is also very good and helpers and cleaners are always available on the floor . Trainer Gagan Sir is recommendable because of his knowledge and friendly nature . He is always full of energy and keeps guiding on the movements.
