Bad service, Bad Staff, and clearly no commitment to timelines. These folks are not giving any offers whatsoever when their peers are giving away accessories worth 50K.

I have opted for the test drive off Volkswagen Virtus but neither the consultant nor the GM felt the responsibility to respond back. Even the caller was not reverting my call. Just because it is Volkswagen, it does not mean that you own the customer. Respond properly. Very disappointed.

Amazing experience at VW Ranchi. I have 2 VW's at my home and with over 6 years of owning VW's, I can confidently say that Volkswagen makes one of the best driving machines with perfect mix of driving dynamics, features and built to last mechanical parts and engineering. All these cars need is timely maintenance from authorized service centers only and regular dose of high octane/cetane fuel from fuel pumps and these cars can clock lacs and lacs of kms without breaking a sweat. I bought a Vento 1.0 TSI from VW Ranchi. My buying experience was good. The staff was helpful, supporting and listened to whatever concerns we had patiently and addressed them really well.

Before buying volkswagen cars from ranchi,please think about the service. Because the service centre here in ranchi is the worst of whole India.
