Volkswagen Mangalore Service Centre - Car Service Station in Mangaluru - Dakshina Kannada, India

Had taken my virtus for 6 month inspection yesterday. Mr Nithin my service advisor has done a top notch work with all the issues. Right from the ladies at reception,service advisor to watchman all were very humble. Best after service wash. Overall had a very good and pleasant experience.

YOU PEOPLE HAVE TO KEEP CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP, HAVE TO REPLY OR ANSWER CUSTOMER'S CALLS AND MESSAGES. MANY TIMES CALLED AND TEXTED TO THE ADVISOR'S AND THE RECEPTION ALSO ALL ARE WASHING THERE HANDS AND LIKE WE DON'T NO THAT IS NOT MY WORK AND NOT EVEN REPLY FOR THE CALL AND TEXT. VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE IN YOUR SERVICE. AT LEAST TRY OR ADVISE TO THE CUSTOMER WHAT THEY NEED TO DO OR WHOM THEY NEED TO CONTACT.

Good place to service your VW cars. Friendly & educated staff & technicians. Clarifies all your doubts and suggests the best way forwards in terms of service related to your vehicle.

Worst experience ever , Service at Volkswagen is perhaps the worst experience I've ever had , following their service new problems emerged the very next day The advisor kept my RC with him and made me go through a lot of difficulty in getting it back Kindly avoid this service center or get it serviced at a better center all the staff here are horrible

Always a pleasant experience visiting this workshop. Everyone here seems humble and honest. Mr. Karthik, the service advisor did a wonderful job with injector replacement. Turnaround time, follow ups, parts ordering time and even car wash were of highest quality. I have visited them for minor issues like fuse replacement, Wiper blade replacement, Fan related queries, they always made sure that technicians and service advisers attended my issue on time. Keep up the good work !

CR team not picking call,no response, technicians are good but CR team is worst.There don't have availablity of spares., They take appointment without having spare parts,they don't even have basic parts.

This is the 3rd worst experience i had with this service centre. They loot money and don't fix your car. Volkswagen should bring another dealer in udupi or mangalore. I will never recommend this.

Very good service! Haven't faced any issues or delays during service so far. Staff are pleasant and polite. I've only visited for general service, but they do offer pick up and drop services as well. Waiting area could be a little better, but overall a good place.
