I didn't interact much with all the staffs there. But Mr.Shiva who was taking care of my account, he is an asset for your team. His attitude, way of communication from the day 1 including the test drive:it was just awesome. He is the major reason behind changing my mind from Kushaq to Taigun and hope Volkswagen won't disappoint me :D.
