There are many friendly staffs having nice behaviour with customers. Service is the worst . Experienced many issues after service. And didn't get vehicle back after service on agreed time and date

Awful experience. Went to check the car warning light and wait for an hour for an advisor but they where busy whole time. Their service to customers is very horrible. If we tried to approach the advisors, they simply ignored us.

Very disappointed experience.I have never seen such a bad customer service after sale. They don't rectify the complaints of your vehicle..Don't waste your time in their service centre..

Already a VW customer. Just did a test drive of Taigun GT . The sales representative Gawtham was wonderful to chat with. Explained each and every technical aspect of the car beautifully. Looking forward to visit more.
