He provided good info on the historic sites & helped out when needed wrt our mother. He also assisted on clicking pictures & took us to reasonable shops! Hi I with my parents, from Sikkim, recently visited udaipur Udaipur is a great tourist place . To roam around for 2 days we used VNV taxi service help.. we had a good taxi service experience. Taxi provided to us was clean, at time ,and comfortable for my parents too with well behaved driver for our service. Taxi was provided for 7-8 hrs , in reasonable rate, not too expensive for a day. Most of the places was covered as per passenger's (our) need . Mr lalit Singh (driver for the taxi) was also friendly, he guided us in many ways while site seeing. He was good, good behaviour, reliable, made us feel comfortable, without any hesitation and nagging he was at our service . I can recommend others for VNV taxi service Thank you

we were group of 14 , and Mr. Naraybhai (Driver) was warm and welcoming. He was giving direction in a manner that we can utilize our time at maximum. He has knowledge for all the location from sight seeing to food spots to unexplored places as well. Tempo traveller we booked was clean and with latest interior. VNV tour plus mr.narayan 10/10

Mr. Vicky Udhani was very straightforward and fair and honored what was committed. Our driver S Rajmali was very decent, well educated, well mannered, and kept giving us important information about Udaipur. Overall we are very satisfied with them.

Chose VNV because of such good reviews but the reality with me was different. Day 1 we had a decent driver and on our day 2 the driver was changed without any prior information. The driver wasn't aware of our itinerary and was very rude and as a girl made me feel really unsafe. The way of talking to a guest was pathetic and he spoiled our day. Third day we requested for a change of driver. This time 2 people were sent and they seemed to be bit unaware about things also smoked in car which we could feel and see. The person we contacted and made deal with was polite to talk but really you need to take care of drivers like Lalit to not spoil people's holiday. We paid you what was being asked but not given what was planned. Disappointed by choosing VNV tours.
