I never thought I will write a negative comment about anyone but this place was horrible the services, hygiene everything, they treat you like free customer if you take any package even though you are paying, what ever you ask they gonna answer it's a basic one can't do anything more, the women who did my services doesn't even know basic eye brows, they don't even have warm water for pedicure and they don't do anything if you are taking a package which they doesn't approve, I got a package head to toe but believe me not even one service was good, I am never gonna visit this place and I recommend everyone to save yourself from this place. I regret going, they charged 3186 rs which is not worth,they don't even know how to apply nail polish properly I should have gone to local parlour than this.

I visit VLCC every month for regular services , i'm very happy with d services, I like the way receive, ambiance and employee care ... I'm feel very relaxing , and the way of there treating client is very friendly. So i recommend everyone to visit vlcc...... I love VLCC

Recently I'm taking a slimming PGK, at 1st i have lot of dobts nd confusion state, once done d consultations they explain everything about the process, treatment, so I'm feel some what comfortable ... Nd start to join the vlcc... It's been 2 months.. I never expect the results it's really shocking to me i lost 10kgs ... Nd I'm feeling very lite, nd I can assured that I'm really loss my weight healthy.... They guide me diet nd counsel me on every day they keep on track on my diet, even if I forgot my appointment they make a calls, the way of they treat, the amianous, staff..... I love VLCC... Thank you so much take care of me.... Nd I recommend everyone for those who r planning to lose weight u definitely visit VLCC.

The people here are very unprofessional. There's no one in the reception when we entered and there was no response when we called from someone. No body answers the phone and finally when we got hold of someone while we are inside their office with no staff in there, a person answered and asked us to wait while she comes back, later she woke up some guys sleeping inside, who sent us away after all the waiting saying some other person handles this and asked us to come back. I am not sure which business sends their customer away. They asked us to come back in 15 minutes, we went back to check in 30 minutes. They simply said the person still didn't show up and asked us for our phone number and said will call back. After 4 hours of waiting no one called, so I called back to check what's going on and then they remembered they finally have a customer. I am not sure how these people are running a business.
