The lady who sits on the reception would try to sell you some hair treatment, as they think curly hair is unhealthy, (no doubt they are uneducated & just literate), hence do not fall for it. Hair cutting is still better, although a bit pricy!! The hair dresser was good and humble.

An absolutely horrible place in terms of management. The number mentioned on Google translates to some character called "Sushant Mukherjee sir" on Truecaller, who has no iota of manners. He doesn't have any manners to speak to customers over the telephone. Such places/brands being run by unprofessional management need to be boycotted immediately. They bring a blot on the brand's name

Horrible experience they have caused me lacerations on my fingers during manicure very painful in winters..I used to have the membership of vlcc in delhi ...but no comparison here it looks like a local salon. Each towel had a spot i asked them to change it but they said its oil and the spot cant be cleaned after many washes. They should visit other vlcc salons and maintain their standard accordingly. VLCC is one if my favorites but don't change that.
