I would give 4 for service providers behavior and the price of the service. But wish give 3 or less because brand and ambience didn't match. Cleanliness, maintenance etc. Matters always. Customer should feel proud to say that i go to vlcc. Brand value should be maintained in all aspects. Hope it should be taken positively by showing change.
I loved the services. The keratin treatment and the haircut was done very nicely. Also, the products like the sunscreen and the facial kit are really effective. The staff was also polite.
Got few things and its the best in town. Josh, one their employees gave such good service. I suggest everyone to visit. You won't be disappointed.

I paid a whopping amount for cool sculpting and other services and when I call their manager Miss Kasturi they don't respond and even after calling multiple times at the reception they will say oh tomorrow we dun have a slot with our service provider or we have to wait for so long no one from their office calls and even reminds us that you have a pending services with us when are you visiting but for packages they will smile and sell you off pathetic team of Vlcc jk heritage
