Hii this is Satyam Soni. I am here to share my experience in VLCC. So the Story starts with My weight was around 85kg which is too much extra according to My body Mass Index so I decide to loose my weight but as a business owner it is difficult me to give time for Gym and Exercise. So I tried to go with VLCC weight lose package and here I lost on an average 5kg of weight with in 40-45 days as my counselor commit me before the Start of my Package I am too empress with the Results I get, that's why I have taken another package to loose my next extra 5kg weight. The best part of the VLCC is their Staff. My therapist Mr. Harish, he has very gentle nature and he is also very expert in his work, he followed a very big role to loose my weight. And how I forgot my Nutritionist Ms. Khushi, she is also very good in nature and has take care of my diet. Generally nutritionists make a diet plan which is as much tough to follow as you got panic only by seeing it. But Khushi mam Plan a diet plan for me which is as easy as pie of Cake to eat. She had not suggested me to eat taste less food instead she plan a diet by changing the way I am eating my daily food. So that I can eat tasty food, without feel hunger and can follow diet at the same time. I am very thankful for the VLCC Gwalior, Alakhnanda Tower Centre.

The consultation was very good. I had consulted for hairfall and hair loss, many options were given to choose according to my budget. The beauty services were also very good. It was a great experience and very relaxing too. Thank you for making my day.

I had recently visited VLCC wellness center and I must say it was a fantastic experience. Firstly, the staff at the center were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The dieticians were very knowledgeable and experienced, and they took the time to understand my dietary requirements. They provided me with a customized diet plan that was easy to follow and helped me make healthier food choices without compromising on taste. The slimming department was also top-notch. The trainers were highly skilled and motivated, and they helped me create an exercise regimen that worked for me. The equipment was also modern and well-maintained.After a few weeks of following the diet plan and exercising regularly, I began to see positive changes in my weight and overall health.

Being a Vlcc member I would love to share my experience.. Here, the ambience is full of energetic n motivating... My therapist shubham is very talented and professionally trained ... A big thanks to Vinita maam(slimming head) she always motivates me and give bestest diet plan that helps me to achieve my goals.... I have been visited many centre but I must say that Vlcc (city centre) gwalior is the bestest of all.... Thanks to Vlcc team...
