I have done face cleanup today(21/11/2023) mainly for removing my black and white heads. It was complete waste of my money. They have charged me 500+ but the service worth would be less than 100 rupees where I have travelled 45 mins for taking up the service. I would suggest them to have some trained people to serve better.

Hi, I had done cleanup on August 26 specifically to remove my black heads and white head, the lady could not remove it and had no knowledge on how to do it. It was such a waste of time and money. I also did pedicure with another person there which was decent. But the person who did my cleanup had no clue on how to do a cleanup. I appreciate that she wanted to try again but she just couldn't do it. TBH it's the useless cleanup I had done so far. This is not to demotivate but a genuine disappointment.

I found the body therapy massage done here by therapist Krithika to be too good! Felt every cell of my body getting relaxed during the deep massage which was done with the perfect pressure. Highly recommend her sessions! Other staff especially Ms Prema from the reception are polite too.

Today l took hair spa service from hair care therapist Saravanan Brother .He examined my hair and clearly gave all suggestions what kind of care my hair needs.After that he gave suitable hair spa very humbly and carefully hearing my requests and type of hairspa l really expecting.Very honestly to say he gave me such a good relaxing hair spa . After the sessions really am amazed l felt my hair was very very soft fresh smooth n clean like a feather.l definitely recommend those who are in a need of good hair care service must definitely visit Vlcc and approach hair care therapist and definitely give a try
