the management is very bad. there is no proper management in appointment booking as one client have to wait they don't maintain it properly.one person is providing service to client receptionist just interrupt by saying do the other customer work even the person is busy. even management blames the person who provides service to clients that they are not providing service properly but there is mistake on part of management not the person who provide service. service providing person are good at their work. i faced this issue of wait and interruption of service again and again need of vlcc to correct it otherwise no one will consider vlcc.
