They gave a nice hair cut but highlights didn't meet my expectations.I had asked for blue highlights but ended up with slightly visible mix of grey and only grey .They had Said they would give closed match to what I wanted but nothing like that happened.Highly dissatisfied . Totally wasted my money.No one could tell I had blue highlights .Front portion looks more on grey side .I could give 0 stars in i could.By the time i was done it was night so when I came out of parlour nothing was clearly visible,so I not sure about end result

Good service but only unsatisfactory thing for me was an injury caused while doing wax for my upper lip. This is something which I dint like. It's gona stay for 4 to 5 days. Nd hurts too. Loved the pedicure and manicure. Very relaxing. I cut 2 stars bcoz u can't injure a client.

The service here is mostly good but the reception staff always said that no offers are available on VLCC even if I got he voucher code from HDFC Bank or directly from VLCC. The same offers can be used in other VLCC stores but not here just because the staff was not aware of them. There must be lack of communication among their higher management. There was an offer of 50%off and others got the offer without booking but I was denied the offer as I came after booking appointment two days earlier. I had to pay 100% just because I booked an appointment earlier.

STAFF & FACILITY - Staff is good and very cooperative.In the reception room they provide you all details about any query.Facilities available for both males & females,its Unisex salon.One good facility is you can book your appointment on the phone call here. Services are overall very good.Total staff is well trained, having good expertise.Provide satisfactory services.Also you can buy beauty products from here according to your problem & need. PARKING - The parking area is Ok. On the main roadside itself you can park your vehicle safely. No dedicated area for parking.You can park your car or bike in the roadside. As the road is main highway towards Allahabad, so its very busy all the time, for safety i would suggest try to park your vehicle down the road if possible.
