Me and my friends went there for makeup and hairdressing and had the worst service ever. We made a 3000 rs per person advance booking. However, once we arrived, we adjusted the package for two people and assured them that our third sister's package would be the same; however, they still provided and charged Rs 5,000 for my third sister. This was still tolerable, however they burned my sister's ear when curling, and we were nice enough not to say anything about it at the time. The makeup took too long; we arrived at 3:30-4:30 p.m. and were released at 8:00 p.m., despite the fact that they said it would take until 6 p.m. We were fine with that as well; we cleared the bills for two people, but when it came time to bill my third sister, they charged her $5,000 and were unable to explain why she was being charged Rs 5,000 since her plan was only for Rs 3,000. We were all running late, so my brother and I went to see what was going on. My brother inquired as to what was going on and why it was taking so long. The cashier began disputing with my brother, claiming that we have no idea who you are and that he will not speak to you. Then our brother remarked, "Tell us d matr, we're becoming late, and don't talk like this," and that individual began to accuse us of being illiterate and uneducated, among other things. My brother slammed his hand on the table and yelled, "Don't tell us if we're educated or not on that, that cashier has gone insane." And then he taped the table 6-7 times and started fighting with us, insulting us. That lady also threatened to call the cops if we didn't stop. Get away of here. These were their exact words. It was evident that we should ask him about charging Rs 5,000 instead of Rs 3,000. They, on the other hand, humiliated and abused my sister and brother. That cashier is completely lacking in demeanour. They were angered by my sister's dissatisfaction with the makeup. My makeup was fine, as was the makeup of my other sister. But their actions were truly... inexplicable. We were perplexed as to why this individual was acting so strangely. It was a terrible experience that ruined our mood and day. I will never recommend to them.

It was a wonderful experience at VLCC Bhagalpur. I booked my Bridal Makeup and they did a 5 Star Job. They treat Brides so perfectly. I am in love with them.

Very bad experience.. No one was professional there. Even same person was doing facial and also hair cutting .. Behavior was very cheesy..even they don't know the proper step of anything neither hair cutting nor facial. I will not suggest to go anyone there...

Best in Bhagalpur for Bridal Makeup. My fiancee took makeup and they did wonderful job. The kind of Hospitality they render is just mind-blowing.

I took my daughter to get haircut at VLCC. She is a small kid and I expect trouble but staffs ware very helpful and kind, so no trouble at all. All together my experience was quite pleasant. 150 RS is the charge which I think ok considering the setup and brand value.. I didn't had chance to enjoy any other services, so no comments on that.

I bought few packages and it was given to intern to carryout. Quality of service was like a road side saloon but rate was like a metropolitan store. Overpriced and low on quality.

i straightened my hair but it not look that i have done something at my hair...its rough , unprofessional staff, not good service at all.... i prefer you guys to go normal saloon but not at vlcc
