A perfect Accommodation for a safe and peaceful Darashanam with required amenities. Very neat Bathrooms, Hot water was always there. Quick service. We had booked a Double Luxury AC room for 4 adults, we and our children. It was 2 double size beds with neat covers and pillows. Room was very big with ample space. Walking distance to the Temple, situated at a prime location. We can easily track this place, very near to Restaurants and shops. We would 100% recommend VKP Residency to all.
5 to 10 minutes walk from temple.3 minutes from mani Iyer hotel. Small and good. But while the current off they are not switch on the UPS soon. That's the problem there. (Because all the rooms are fully closed and full AC. We can't get any light from outside). Small RO (like home)is available in right to the registration office. Only cold no hot water to drink. 24 hrs hot water in bathroom is good. They rise there price within one year is not fair.
Really its worth in booking and staying in this hotel as it is having hot water at all time with clean rooms and bedsheets and nice service provided and it is near to temple
The room was very clean and well maintained. Even though the street was very narrow the hotel has safe parking for the cars.
A really good hotel near thiruchendhur with goood and safe parking. Just 2-3 mins to the temple and good service and room too. AC was really good. The stay was 3+1 and it was good for the price there.

Rooms are pretty neat and decent but not that much worthy when compared with the price tag. Restrooms were clean but bedsheets and other white materials were dirty. Service was good and I was able to get hot water in the early morning which was quite helpful. Parking space is available but it is limited. Walkable distance to the temple. Overall a decent stay for a short period.
